1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RealtorContentKit templates for your personal or commercial real estate business. This includes:

• Creating social media content for your personal real estate brand
• Using templates for client marketing campaigns
• Modifying templates to fit your brand and messaging
• Downloading and using templates unlimited times

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others
• Claim the templates as your own original work
• Include the templates in any template marketplace or bundle
• Use the templates to create competing products

3. Refund Policy - ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for RealtorContentKit purchases.

As a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once you have received access to the templates and bonus materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We strongly encourage you to request free sample templates before purchasing to ensure RealtorContentKit meets your needs.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will be immediately redirected to your success page with access to the template editor and bonus PDF downloads. An email with access instructions will also be sent to your provided email address.

5. Updates & Support

RealtorContentKit is a digital product delivered as-is. While we may add new templates or features in the future, we do not guarantee ongoing updates. For support questions, contact Mitchell@MSECOMLLC.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content included in RealtorContentKit are owned by RealtorContentKit and protected by copyright law. Your license grants you usage rights but not ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

RealtorContentKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the templates, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where RealtorContentKit is registered.
